The candidate will lead operations at our Piacenza site, with full responsibility for performance, people, safety, and customer relationship. /p h3What Will You Do /h3 ul liWarehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data, and warehouse stocks related to IN, OUT, returns, and other materials activities. /li liTake full leadership, operational, and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standard and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s). /li liManage the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement. /li liManage and develop large operational teams (80–100 employees). /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with the customer. /li liMonitor the operation’s span of control and build a strategy. /li liLead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture. /li liManage providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering/Economic. /li liSolid experience in logistics/supply chain, preferably in industrial environments. /li liSeveral years of experience in a direct management team. /li liProven track record in people leadership and union relations. /li liEnglish fluent. /li liLeadership skills and capability of defining and deploying a strategic plan for the site. /li liStrong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma). /li liTeam player with a positive mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
