Reporting to the TSS Team Leader, the
Technical Sales Support Engineer
is a key point of contact for both customers and salesforce and provide technical support both for domestic and foreign colleagues.
Main Activities
Doing technical specification analysis and product selection
Doing technical proposal
Providing technical documentation
Bearing and gears calculation in the proposal phase
Drive unit components analysis, selection and pricing
Preparing general assembly drawings
Updating project time schedule
Supporting other members of the sales team by training them on the product applications
Education
Degree in Mechanic or Mechatronic Engineering
Requirements
English - good knowledge
Strong mechanical skills
2D-3D technical drawing
Microsoft Office - good knowledge
Job experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position
