As part of HSE management, you will be responsible for supervising, controlling, and continuously improving the measures defined in the HSE plan to ensure effective implementation of the management system. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE programs, supporting site operations, and managing risks in a structured manner.

Your tasks
1. Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations on site
2. Develop, implement and update HSE programs, training and awareness initiatives
3. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors with regard to HSE compliance
4. Conduct risk assessments and derive appropriate mitigation measures
5. Perform incident investigations including root-cause analysis, documentation and reporting
6. Carry out regular HSE inspections, walkdowns and audits to verify standards and identify improvement opportunities
Your qualifications
7. Valid Italian HSE certifications, including the mandatory RSPP qualification
8. Solid experience in large-scale gas and steam (CCGT) power plant projects
9. Proven experience as a Safety and Health Coordinator (CSP / CSE) or comparable function
10. Strong command of Italian and English
11. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
