We are searching for the best talent for an Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) Manager Project Process & Capabilities! This hybrid position will be located at an IMSC hub location such as Titusville, New Jersey (USA); Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, Netherlands; or Beerse, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve portfolio, project, and resource management processes, communications, and training.
Lead process ownership to deploy, document and maintain lean, scalable processes strategically integrated with strategy and execution.
Lead process integration with systems and reporting requirements to deliver an end‑to‑end process.
Support capability roadmaps across portfolio, program, and project management and activate improvement/maturity plans.
Training & Support
Provide day‑to‑day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program & project management community.
Develop and execute a lean and effective training strategy for the global user base.
Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to IMSC business processes.
Qualifications Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree; preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or IT.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
Deep experience in leading process development, operations, finance, and/or portfolio or project management.
Experience in leading process capability improvement & optimization, including documentation and training.
Demonstrated stakeholder / change‑management skills.
Strong leadership skills – influence without authority, negotiate solutions, build a case for change.
Strong analytical, problem–solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Strong communication skills for clear, concise messaging to leadership.
English proficiency (written and verbal).
Up to 15% domestic and/or international travel.
Ability to work on‑site minimum of three days per week, with up to two remote workdays.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of portfolio & project management systems and tools.
People leadership experience and talent‑development skills.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process, and technical information.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Project Management Professional (PMP or FPX), Change Management (PROSCI).
Other requirements:
English proficiency; up to 15% travel; flexible work policy.
