Ph3Overview /h3pThe Head of Sales – Minting at MKS PAMP is a key commercial role responsible for driving business growth, shaping and executing the global sales strategy, and deepening client engagement across one of the company’s most strategic client segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitability, development, and satisfaction of this client segment. Covering a diverse global base of markets and clients serviced by MKS PAMP SA — including but not limited to MKS PAMP Group entities, sovereign mints, private mints, financial institutions and precious metals dealers—playing a central role in expanding MKS PAMP SA’s global footprint within the minted products ecosystem. They will deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions across our full suite of Minting products and services, and promote cross-selling of non-Minting products and services offered by the Group. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSales Strategy Execution: Lead the overall sales and Custom Minting strategy go-to-market plan for MKS PAMP SA, working closely with the CCO and Global Head of Minting in support of the overall MKS PAMP Group Minting strategy. /liliDevelop existing and originate new external client relationships and partnerships across target markets, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. /liliCollaborate with internal Group entities to support sales/products opportunities to be produced at MKS PAMP SA. /liliOriginate and execute tailored Custom Minting solutions to target customers, responsible for origination, pricing and contract management within the sales process – acting as the primary sales executive overseeing accounts. /liliResponsible for regular PL and customer performance, and pipeline management reporting. /liliBalance growth across the minting value chain while understanding and mitigating sectoral commercial and operational risks. /li /ululliStakeholder Collaboration: Key stakeholder providing input to Global Product Development strategy and planning. /liliWork closely with trading, production, operations, compliance, ESG, and finance to deliver seamless solutions. /liliEnsure alignment between production and distribution capabilities and anticipates market and client needs. /li /ululliCompliance Governance: Oversee KYC coordination with Compliance and ensure adherence to ethical and operational standards. /li /ulh3Required Education and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing are a plus. /liliMinimum 5-10 years of experience in the minting industry, with a deep understanding of the precious minted bar and coin market, products and manufacturing processes; PL management experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and managing financial performance. /liliProven success in key account management, business development, and securing high-value contracts across global markets. /liliExtensive experience in product development, costing, and pricing, particularly in the minting sector, and familiarity with global manufacturing processes and production timelines. /liliSolid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards for precious metals and minting. /liliExperience coordinating across multiple group entities in a global organization with a strong understanding of regional market dynamics. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliDeep knowledge of gold, silver, and platinum markets, as well as end-to-end minting and manufacturing processes for minted products. /liliProven ability to oversee the creation and production of high-quality minted products, coordinating with global teams to ensure excellence. /liliDemonstrated success leading and motivating regional sales teams, setting performance goals, and driving accountability across markets. /liliSkilled at managing international stakeholders, fostering alignment between cross-functional and multicultural teams, and adapting to regional market dynamics. /liliAdept at interpreting market data and competitive trends to inform strategy and decision-making. /liliExperienced in tailoring business practices to diverse cultural contexts while maintaining a cohesive global approach. /liliEffective in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, maintaining composure and sound judgment under tight deadlines. /liliStrong command of industry regulations, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and market risks. /liliAdaptable, resilient, and strategically minded leader with a track record of inspiring teams, managing complexity, and delivering results across global markets. /liliFull professional proficiency in Microsoft tools is expected. /liliFull professional proficiency in spoken and written English and German is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset. /liliInternational travel is expected. /liliSwiss national, EU national, or holder of a valid Swiss work permit. /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3ulliMid-Senior level /li /ulh3Employment type /h3ulliFull-time /li /ulh3Job function /h3ulliSales and Business Development /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
