Why This Role Is Right for You

As a Service Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on Product and Service Management for UniCredit Group.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will :

1. Serve as the focal point for the customer regarding changes/projects assigned and engagement requests related to new products/initiatives in Italy, Germany, and Austria.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of requests/projects, including acceptance, clarifications, engaging internal structures, and presenting time/cost estimates to the bank.
3. Prepare commercial offers and necessary documentation for projects and changes.
4. Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
5. Participate in periodic meetings (SAL) with the bank and internal staff (Business Unit/Operations/IT).

* Understanding of Change Management processes.
