The Ostellato (FE) plant is an integral part of the group, designing and producing lifting systems for our forklift trucks.
The role is highly analytical and theoretically grounded yet requires a practical approach. The entire daily work will be performed in the plant, within the production department. Operational orientation combined with analytical skills will be key for this selection.
Responsibilities
* Daily evaluation in production of welds through visual inspection.
* Constant daily interface in production with carpentry operators.
* Participation in daily company meetings.
* Monitoring and managing nonconformities (root‑cause analysis, problem analysis with established theoretical methodologies such as the 4M method, direct verification with operators and team leaders on the field).
* Developing reporting and drafting instructions and procedures for quality control.
* Product audit management (checking conformity between design and product and verifying the application of Toyota standards in the production areas).
* Creation and drafting of welding procedures (WPS).
* Supporting production during project initiation or new product phases and training operators.
* Participation in quality improvement projects for carpentry.
Qualifications
* Diploma technical (preferably industrial mechanical).
* Bachelor’s degree technical (plus, but not required).
* Knowledge of technical drawings (required).
* Interpretation of welding instructions (required).
* Basic Excel skills (use of formulas, simple table creation).
* Knowledge of ISO 3834 requirements.
* Logical and analytical approach in interpreting data/KPI.
* Having a VT certification for weld inspection is a plus.
* Availability to work in a daily shift or in two alternating shifts (morning/evening).
* Humility and strong listening and mediation skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
