Overview
The Order Management Team Leader advises Sales on orchestration of complex deals, monitors the end-to-end Quote to Invoice process, and manages critical exceptions and escalations. They also act as a senior advisor and trainer to customer fulfillment colleagues and control key critical activities.

Your main responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Service on complex deals
* Involve other stakeholders to ensure impact on the end-to-end process is understood and monitor the end-to-end process and analyze relevant reports
* Ensure non-standard terms and conditions are approved and communicated to relevant stakeholders
* Attend project kick-off and provide input from a Customer Fulfillment perspective
* Communicate roll-out plan to Customer Fulfillment Coordinator 1 to ensure successful execution
* Identify and manage opportunities to improve processes and Customer Experience
* Provide advisory support and training to Customer Fulfillment colleagues
* Determine/validate and trigger the mass update and baseflow process
* Coordinate Customer Fulfillment resources to assure processes are executed in line with correct ways of working, governance and SLA
* Actively participate in the expert community and share best practices with other national sales organizations
* Align with the central Customer Fulfillment team to ensure Pan European processes are followed where applicable
* Ensure clean order execution by the Customer Fulfillment team
