The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia. /p h3About The Job /h3 pReporting to the Product Quality Manager, this role contributes to quality control throughout the production process, supporting the analysis of non-conformities, issuing and managing supplier deviation requests to customers, handling customer complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions, with a focus on technical documentation, acceptability criteria, and continuous improvement. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDemonstrates thorough knowledge of company procedures and work instructions, including established best practices, and ensures their correct application. /li liUnderstands and applies customer specifications related to products and processes, as well as requirements for the notification and management of non-conforming products. /li liIssues and manages supplier deviation requests in compliance with specific requirements, ensuring proper internal recording and traceability (ERP updates and data server archiving). /li liCoordinates the investigation of internal and external non-conformities, promoting the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (e.g. RCCA, 8D). /li liParticipates in regular customer meetings, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for quality performance improvement. /li liManages customer source inspections, ensuring adequate quality support. /li liMaintains continuous alignment on the progress of assigned production orders by actively participating in production meetings. /li liContributes to the analysis of quality performance (e.g. scrap, rework, customer complaints), providing data and reports to support the Product Quality Manager. /li liSupports the verification of the correct application of acceptability criteria and quality procedures throughout the entire production process. /li liManages quality support activities related to the monitoring and resolution of production orders with open issues. /li liManages and keeps quality documentation up to date, including work instructions. /li liReviews and updates procedures within the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and customer specifications. /li /ul h3Supervisory Responsibility /h3 pNot applicable. /p h3Requisiti /h3 h3Education and/or Experience /h3 ul liTechnical or scientific high school diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in any technical or/and engineering fields. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in product or process quality within industrial environments. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAbility to analyze technical and process-related issues. /li liKnowledge of quality tools (e.g., RCCA, 8D). /li liFamiliarity with ERP/MES and Quality Management Systems (QMS) for managing non-conformities, traceability, and production data. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong customer focus and continuous improvement mindset. /li liGood communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude. /li liHands‑on approach and ability to work closely with production teams on the shop floor. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., capability analysis, trend analysis, Pareto) /li liFamiliarity with tools such as Minitab, Excel advanced, or Power BI /li liBasic knowledge of special processes (e.g., thermal spray coating, heat treatments, welding) /li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, including acceptability criteria /li liExperience in customer interface and handling quality topics (complaints, inspections, deviation requests) /li /ul h3Work Environment /h3 pThis job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor. /p h3Physical Demand /h3 pWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. /p h3Position Type / Expected Hours of Work /h3 pThis is a full‑time position, with business core hours of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
