As the Solar Energy Sector continues to evolve, we are looking for a strategic and technical Service Solution Responsible to join the team of our partner based in Rome, which is a leader in the solar energy and photovoltaic sector.
This role is designed for a professional who can merge technical expertise in renewable energy with commercial strategy, taking full ownership of service solutions and driving business growth for Key Accounts. Location: Rome Contract Type: 1-year outsourcing contract powered by Randstad with the possibility of renewal Salary Range: €27,000 – €35,000 Main Responsibilities Strategic Market Analysis: Monitor Solar Energy industry trends and competitive landscapes to define long-term sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Service Summit Leadership: Partner with Key Accounts and Business Units to lead service-focused marketing events and summits within the renewable energy space. Opportunity Development: Drive the strategy for complex sales opportunities in the Solar and Digital Power sectors, directing cross-functional teams to secure project wins. Sales Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final contract execution. Operational Optimization: Mobilize internal resources to enhance solution quality and increase bid win rates for solar service contracts. Account Management: Serve as the primary account owner, building long-term trust and rapport with key project stakeholders and stakeholders in the energy market. Solution Architecture: Manage the E2E business domain, including the design, tailoring, and optimization of competitive service solutions for Smart PV and energy storage. Technical Excellence: Ensure all service offerings remain superior to competitors and align with current international Solar Energy standards. KPI Ownership: Take full accountability for business results, including sales orders, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction. Requirements Solar Solution Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SPV (Smart Photovoltaic) or DCF (Data Center Facilities), with a proven ability to design customized technical solutions for the energy sector. Sales Execution: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales projects as an owner or lead; mastery of sales operations and bidding processes is essential. Communication & Engagement: Exceptional ability to influence high-level decision-makers and maintain strong professional relationships. Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
