Ph3Overview /h3 pThe resource, directly reporting to the Industrial Controlling Manager, will be responsible for managing the Leather Goods plant near Naples, defining and improving flows and processes, preparing and monitoring the main industrial KPIs (department productivity, cost efficiency, extra consumption, etc.), monitoring stock, supporting the inventory process and validating inventory adjustments, monthly closing activities with analysis of actual vs budget variances, and preparing reports for management. Background in the leather goods industry is not mandatory but would be highly appreciated. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFinancial Activities ul liOversee the financial operations of the leather goods plant in Naples. /li liEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. /li liMonitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights. /li liPreparation and monitoring of the main industrial KPIs (internal department productivity, efficiency, waste, extra consumption, etc.) and sharing with various departments and Industrial Management. /li /ul /li /ul ul liStock and Inventory Management ul liMonitor stock levels and support the inventory process, including validating inventory adjustments. /li liEnsure accurate and timely inventory reporting and reconciliation. /li /ul /li /ul ul liBudgeting and Forecasting ul liLead the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of detailed financial plans and projections. /li liAnalyze actual vs. budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions. /li /ul /li /ul ul liStrategy ul liBusiness support through the creation of ad hoc analyses, business cases, and scenarios spanning one or more years. /li liPresent financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders. /li liEnsure compliance with deadlines. /li liProcess Improvement: Define, implement, and continuously improve financial processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. /li liDevelop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. /li /ul /li /ul ul liKey tasks ul liMonitor and enhance monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analysis and corrective actions implementation in agreement with Industrial Department Management. /li liConduct regular reviews of financial performance metrics and provide reports to senior management. /li liEnsure the integrity of data. /li liAddress internal audit requirements and collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred. /li liMinimum of 7 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in the leather goods or manufacturing industry. /li liStrong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. /li liProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liAdvanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. /li liHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul ul liLANGUAGE: ENGLISH – fluent /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
