Your role will be crucial in supporting our corporate networks with an Omnichannel approach, focusing on After Sales flows and processes while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and experience excellence. MAIN ACTIVITIES: In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: - Managing relationships and contacts with all WW Regions. - Processing material requests and managing flows (bulk order, replenishment, kit). - Assisting the Repairs Office in managing After Sales cases for EMEA boutiques. - Managing orders/goods between national platforms (spare parts, fabrics).
