Ph3What you will do /h3 ptesa, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self‑adhesive products and system solutions, is strengthening its Technical team and is looking for two Junior Project Engineers to join its plant in Solbiate con Cagno (Italy). /p pWorking closely with multiple company functions (process engineering, maintenance, production, logistics, quality, safety, energy and facility engineering), you will be involved in strategic industrial projects aimed at ensuring optimized efficiency, production capacity and technological development of the plant. /p pYour role will focus both on feasibility studies and the implementation of new investments in plants and machinery, as well as on the technical upgrading of existing equipment. /p pAs a Junior Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liAnalyzing and understanding production process performance indicators (OEE, scrap, productivity, deviations from standards, non‑conformities and complaints), and proposing and implementing technical improvement actions /li liSupporting the supervision of maintenance activities and the updating of maintenance documentation, contributing to efficient and reliable plant operation /li liSupporting feasibility analyses, cost estimation and return‑on‑investment evaluations, as well as preparing investment proposal packages. /li liSupporting project execution through all phases, from assessing impacts on safety, quality and operations to the handover of new machines or plants to production /li liDefining project plans, identifying risks and criticalities, and preparing documentation for testing and acceptance /li liEnsuring structured and regular communication on project progress to management /li /ul h3What you will need /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation or Mechanical Engineering /li li1–2 years of experience in similar roles (including structured internships or traineeships) /li liKnowledge and use of technical drawing tools /li liAbility to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams /li liBasic knowledge of PLC systems is considered a plus /li liBasic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools /li liKnowledge of risk analysis techniques and FMEA methodology is considered a plus /li liStrong analytical skills, structured approach and continuous improvement mindset /li liProactive attitude, ability to set priorities and work effectively in a team /li liGood problem‑solving skills /li liGood command of English (B2 level) /li liGood command of Italian (B2 level) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
