We look forward to getting to know you. /p pfull time - unlimited /p h3Your contribution to the energy transition /h3 pAs our Head of Project Finance you are responsible for leading all project finance and MA activities for JUWI Italy, overseeing end‑to‑end transactions and reporting to the Managing Director of the Italian company. This includes structuring, negotiating, and securing project finance for new-build renewable energy assets, as well as originating, evaluating, and executing MA transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments). /p pThe role serves as the company’s subject‑matter expert on financial structuring, bankability, investment modelling, and valuation working closely with Development, EPC, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure optimal capital structure, successful financial close, and high‑value strategic transactions. /p ul liLead the project finance team in developing financial models and analyses to support investment decisions, financing structures, sensitivities, and bankability assessments for solar, storage, wind and hybrid renewable energy projects /li liLead the entire MA cycle for both project sale and acquisition opportunities for ready‑to‑build or operational assets: deal sourcing, valuation, structuring, preparation of investment cases, due diligence, negotiation, and closing /li liNegotiate SPA, SHA, JV agreements, earn‑outs, option structures, and other transaction documents. /li liDrive financial close, coordinating external advisors, banks, and internal stakeholders to meet timelines and requirements /li liSupport strategic decisions on portfolio optimization, asset rotation strategy, and partnership structuring /li liProvide strategic advice on capital structure optimization, refinancing opportunities, and cost of capital improvements /li liOrganize and conduct the process for financial partner/lender selection, including preparing teasers, Information Memoranda, and participating in the outreach /li liActively engage with prospective counterparties to clarify project valuation, risk allocation, assumptions and market perspectives /li liManage multiple parties including banks, consultants, lawyers as well as internal stakeholders to bring transactions to successful close /li liManage and develop the team by providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to support both individual growth and overall team performance /li /ul h3Your energy is required /h3 ul liProven track record in project finance for renewable energy assets, including securing senior debt and managing lender processes /li liExtensive experience leading MA transactions end‑to‑end in renewables or infrastructure /li liAdvanced proficiency in project finance modelling, DCF valuation, sensitivities, and scenario analysis /li liGood understanding of PPA structures, regulatory frameworks, auction mechanisms, and merchant market exposure /li liStrong negotiation experience with banks, investors, developers, and advisors /li liExecutive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and shareholders /li liExcellent communication skills in English and Italian (written and spoken) /li liAbility to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑party transactions /li liMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field /li li10+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or MA within renewables or infrastructure /li liPrior experience at an IPP, investment fund, energy developer or financial advisor is strongly preferred /li /ul h3Your energy booster at JUWI /h3 ul liCompany culture: a space for creativity and innovation /li liInternational teams: collaborating and communicating continuously with teams across the JUWI group fosters professional growth in a culturally diverse environment /li liStructured environment: benefit from well thought out processes and procedures within our ISO 9001:2015 certified matrix organization /li liProfessional development: access to a wide range of opportunities for advancing your career /li liSmart working: working from home opportunities is part of our commitment to cultivating a healthy work‑life balance /li liHealth insurance: we've got your back, and your loved ones too!
