About the job We are looking for a Junior Accountant to be part of our financial department. He/she will join the team in our legal entity in Milan (Italy). Main Activities and Responsibilities: Supporting the correct and timely booking of accounting entries for monthly preparation of reporting package Checking correctness of AR and AP invoices, such as VAT codes, SDI and related format Checking Sales summary report and preparing AR ledgers reconciliation Resolving all AR and AP related issues with internal and external parties, follow up debt collection and maintaining the reports updated Managing Intent letter and assisting timely local tax declarations and filings, such as Intrastat, VAT register and stamp duty Responsible for document archiving according to local compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree majored in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role Ideally proficiency in Italian and English (Both written and speaking) Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel What we offer: Become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow Stimulating and fulfilling workplace international environment Contract: Tempo pieno Level of classification and related RAL will be defined according to the seniority of the candidates.
