Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you!
The objective?
Learn about you, understand your motivations and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).
During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course but also other people related to your future role.
We will talk in depth about you, your experience and skills but also about the position and what will be expected of you.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test.
This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario etc.

Your missions
Define the project charter to align scope, timeline, quality, budget, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
Develop and maintain the overall project plan and governance structure
Manage day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensure adherence to plans
Identify internal and external resource needs and manage assigned resources
Monitor stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication with Amaris Executives and IT teams
Ensure the quality of project management deliverables in line with best practices
Track and manage risks and issues with effective mitigation plans
Monitor and report project progress, costs, benefits, and scope changes using ServiceNow
Close the project ensuring proper evaluation and lessons learned with business partners
Perform concrete risk assessment, mitigation, issue tracking, action plan and decision log management
Monitor and track action points across project streams
Work under pressure while maintaining calm and clarity
Approach delivery with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related fields
5+ years of experience across multiple IT solution areas, with solid background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting
Background in connectivity, telco, or IT
At least 3 years hands-on experience as a Project Manager
Understanding of different content management systems
Experience preparing Request For Proposal (RFP)
PMP certification or equivalent path (Prince2, SCRUM, Agile are a plus)
Excellent English communication skills across cultures and formats (remote and onsite)
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and manage global projects
Strong exposure to diverse technologies, IT project management, and project management frameworks
Proven project governance experience on complex projects
Strong organization and prioritization capabilities
High empathy with the ability to adapt communication style to different technical and business audiences
Experience working in global environments and virtual teams
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery
