Title: ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to support and enhance our Oracle database environments. The role involves daily operational tasks, management of user and tablespace administration, monitoring, backup and recovery, data guard configuration, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle RDBMS versions 12c, 18c, 19c (user management, tablespace administration, basic troubleshooting).


• Understanding of Oracle GRID, RAC, and ASM concepts, including basic monitoring and health checks.


• Familiarity with RMAN principles and standard backup/restore procedures.


• Knowledge of Data Guard (Disaster Recovery) and log shipping monitoring.


• Linux/Unix proficiency: file system navigation, file management, analysis of system logs.

Optional Skills

• Familiarity with other database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL).


• Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python) for task automation.
