Project descriptionThe project requires Luxoft to support the client for their Kondor applications across sites.It will be a Managed Services Support project.As part of this initiative, we are looking for2 Junior Technical Resources(Italian speaking) who will join the team and be trained on Financial Services processes and on the Kondor platform.ResponsibilitiesDuring the initial phase:Participate in a structured training program on Financial Services and Kondor platformAcquire knowledge of system architecture, workflows, and support processesSupport the team in basic technical and operational activitiesAfter the training phase:Implement technical requirements with development teamsCollaborate with functional teams, operations, and IT stakeholdersSupport deployment, configuration, testing, and post-productionCoordinate with external teams for releases, patches, and testingProvide production support and troubleshootingMaintain technical documentation (architecture, configuration, operations)Report status and issues to the team leaderMust have skillsBasic to intermediate SQL knowledgeExperience with Linux / Bash scriptingFamiliarity with job schedulers (preferablyAutosys)Fluent Italian (mandatory)Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learnStrong motivation to grow in Financial Services / Capital MarketsNice to haveBasic understanding of Financial Services or Capital MarketsPrevious exposure to production support environmentsKnowledge of ITIL processesExperience with monitoring tools or batch processing systemsGood level of EnglishWe offer numerousbenefitssuch as:?
