Job Title: Statutory Accounting & Treasury Specialist Department: Finance Reports To: Senior Finance Manager & Plant Controller Work mode:100% onsite Support Tenneco’s financial management by overseeing Italian GAAP financial statements, budgets, and cash flows while ensuring compliance. Analyze subsidiary performance and provide insights to guide strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting activities for Italian GAAP statutory financial statements.- Manage treasury operations across plants and corporate.- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.- Oversee AS400 operations for the holding entity.- Process holding supplier invoices and manage banking activities.- Contribute to US GAAP ledger management (OneStream).- Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and tax models.- Collaborate with tax consultants and external auditors.- Supervise the team managing Italian statutory financial statements. Professional Requirements Degree in Economics/Commerce or 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP; US GAAP is a plus.- Proficiency in AS400; familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.- Expertise in accounting reconciliations, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
