Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will design and implement global, regional and local EHS policies for Amazon corporate offices in Italy and Morocco, driving improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will engage stakeholders, train leaders, and advance EHS culture across corporate sites with autonomy and hands‑on leadership. The role sits in the EMEA EHS team and involves regional collaboration and incident investigations. You will communicate clearly to managers and employees to maintain a safe, healthy workplace and reduce environmental impact. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local/regional regulations and ensure compliance with Amazon EHS policies /liliGuide and oversee EHS compliance and regulatory requirements across sites /liliMentor and support other EHS team members /liliDeliver EHS training and coordinate programs addressing critical issues /liliAnalyze EHS metrics to identify trends and allocate resources to high-risk areas /liliDevelop and implement EHS programs to strengthen corporate office culture on safety /liliConduct regular site visits to identify hazards and improve controls /liliImplement solutions to eliminate exposures and prevent injuries /liliSupport EHS Manager-EMEA in delivering strategic enhancements /liliCarry out EHS risk assessments and incident investigations /liliCoordinate with local authorities and HS agencies /liliLead internal audit/assessment processes aligned to global/regional objectives /liliPrepare responses to insurers/lawyers regarding personal injury claims /liliEnsure site leadership and associates are trained on EHS responsibilities /liliFacilitate worker consultation and participation; contribute to EHS committee activities /liliSupport environmental sustainability efforts in corporate office activities /liliAssist EHS Manager-EMEA with budgeting for EHS scope /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field /liliRSPP certification and skills per article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 /liliPrevious experience in RSPP roles /liliProficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication and native Italian /liliIn-depth knowledge of local, state and federal EHS regulations and standards /liliExperience in incident investigation and root cause analysis /liliAvailability to travel regularly within EMEA as required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
