Job Description:
Within the Worldwide Business Partners (BPs) Management team, based in Rome, we are searching for a Business Partners Project Manager.
Reporting to the WW Business Partners Management Managing Director, the selected candidatewill support the definition, coordination, and development of the right commercial and Network strategies for the Business Partners JWA channel. He/ she will support the local commercial teams in the achievement of the established sales targets and of the overall business profitability.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordination
* Lead and participate in the collection, revision, and definition of requirements in BP projects/initiatives on an ongoing basis, coordinate and follow up the implementation of projects involving all necessary actors worldwide, and define deployment mechanisms.
* Constantly collect feedback from all WW BPs users addressing needs towards the relevant functions.
Analysis and Reporting
* Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis (sell in and sell out, stock, KPI, network evolution, products, prices, clients’ performances...) and provide support in business trends analysis and worldwide consolidation.
* Monitor business Operations (forecasting, Order Management, etc.), supporting each local team, cooperating with the involved functions.
Project Management
* Implement and constantly support the updating of the BPs on Bvlgari Network tool, providing inputs on client clusterization, opening/closing, shop creations, as well as qualitative information.
* Lead the development and maintenance of the main reporting and analytics tools.
* Support BPs High End (HE) business development and coordination by collaborating with HE team in developing necessary tools to track and establish HE business.
* Represent the business voice in the preparation of BPs commercial fairs and events (W&W, LVMH Watch Week, Brand Event).
QUALIFICATIONS / PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES
* Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, or equivalent.
* Proven ability to track, analyze, and interpret data and automate processes.
* Advanced knowledge of IT applications (MS Office, PowerBI, BW-Hana).
* Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
* Availability to travel for BPs commercial fairs and events.
