We are looking for a System Administrator & Support Specialist to join our IT team and support both operational and project-based activities related to the company's technological infrastructure. Reporting to the IT & Innovation Manager, the role will work closely with internal colleagues across international offices and external vendors, contributing to system management, cybersecurity, and user support. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security) Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users across international locations Collaborate on the implementation of new tools and technologies Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policies Draft and maintain technical documentation and system manuals Support continuous improvement and innovation projects within the IT domain Requirements Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related technical field Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) Previous experience in similar roles within structured environments Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365 Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to user support Montreal Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
