The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the evolution of the CRM system, transforming it into an integrated, efficient tool focused on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement necessary solutions from a corporate and international perspective. Main Responsibilities Define and lead the implementation phases of the CRM project, ensuring timely and quality completion. Identify business needs and functional requirements for tracking various customer journeys. Develop and configure CRM functionalities to manage contacts and interactions, both physical and digital, integrating other company systems as needed. Utilize CRM data to analyze customer behavior and propose data-driven strategies to increase engagement and loyalty. Define and monitor KPIs to improve process efficiency. Collaborate with business functions to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and revenue. Apply a scalable and customizable approach to CRM development across international offices. Lead change management processes and user training initiatives. Requirements Degree in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
