JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an
experienced developer

work closely with the CTO and the Founders
to plan and implement the company’s infrastructure and product features to unlock the next level of growth.
We’re looking for a versatile developer who excels in
coding and problem-solving
, but who also understands the importance of
UX/UI best practices
and is highly skilled in
building AI-driven applications and working with AI
.
THE TECH STACK
Frontend:
React, Next.js, TailwindCSS.
Backend:
Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript.
Data & Infra:
MongoDB* (Prisma ORM), AWS (CodePipeline, Atlas), Docker.
Focus:
AI-driven features & MCPs (Model Context Protocols).*We're migrating to PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As one of our first technical hires, you will work directly with the CTO and Founders to:
Build & Scale:
Develop and optimize our marketplace web app and backend APIs.
Own the Architecture:
Shape the technical direction, ensuring security, scalability, and clean TypeScript code.
Innovate with AI:
Implement AI-first solutions and workflows to enhance user experience and operations.
Lead:
Transition from individual contributor to leading a growing development team.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
4+ years in full-stack software development
Full-Stack Expert:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
Cloud & DevOps Savvy:
Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
AI Enthusiast:
Proven experience building with AI tools and exploring AI-first application patterns.
Pragmatic Leader:
You translate business needs into simple, elegant tech solutions.
Outdoor Soul (plus):
You share our passion for the mountains and the great outdoors.

Location
: Milan, Italy (hybrid)
Compensation
: 40-50K RAL (Gross) depending on the experience
