You will lead our production team and create an environment where collaboration and motivation are key.You will plan and manage the production of our plastic products (teeth), keeping a close eye on quality, deadlines, and efficiency.You will get to the root of complaints and deviations and ensure that we improve a little every day.You actively contribute your ideas and drive the optimization of our production processes.you're right in the thick of things: you're involved in day‐to‐day operations and work with your team and colleagues from our local and global service departments to achieve our goals.You pitch in on projects and challenges and find practical solutions.

You don't need a 'perfect' educational background—what matters most to us is your personality, your dedication, and your passion for leadership.You already have some experience leading, motivating, and developing people.You're flexible, eager to learn, and stand out for your organizational skills.You're proficient in MS Office.You communicate very well in German and have a basic knowledge of English.
