Job Description: Mission The resource will support the Industrial Maintenance Engineering function, with the task of translating governance guidelines into shared operational models and ensuring the consistency of maintenance processes with the Division’s strategic objectives. The resource will contribute to the standardization and digitalization of maintenance processes, ensuring the monitoring and analysis of performance to foster continuous improvement at divisional level. Main Responsibilities 1. Support production sites in the implementation of maintenance management models through assessment activities, training, and on-site operational support; 2. Support the adoption and evolution of the SAP PM system, promoting the digitalization of maintenance processes and collecting operational feedback to support the development of functional system enhancements; 3. Participate in the definition and monitoring of maintenance KPIs, developing analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making; 4. Contribute to the development of standard technical specifications for outsourced maintenance, supporting the drafting of technical reference documents and the introduction of common requirements, operating methods, and shared performance indicators (SLAs) for supplier management; 5. Collaborate in the rationalization and standardization of spare parts management, supporting the definition of unified codifications, warehouse alignment, and the integration of common spare parts lists to optimize stock levels and improve material availability; 6. Support the supervision of digital projects impacting maintenance processes (e.g., predictive maintenance, remote maintenance), ensuring consistency with the divisional operating model. 7. Support the collection and sharing of maintenance best practices and information within the Industrial Maintenance Engineering community, fostering collaboration among maintenance teams across production sites. Requirements • Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Management, or Aeronautical). • Interest in industrial maintenance, asset management, and process digitalization. • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
