To help foster those employees, we\'ve created a company culture that encourages our values of Care, Commit and Collaborate. /p pFor our office in Cusago (MI) we are now looking for a bProject Manager /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead full-cycle project management, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual commitments. /li liManage international EPC driven projects /li liAnalyse project documentation to define scope, client expectations, budget, deliverables, and timelines. /li liCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, schedule, and resource requirements. /li liAssemble and manage project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely execution in line with the project plan. /li liProactively identify and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. /li liMonitor financial performance, maintain budget control, and provide regular status reports to Engineering, Operations, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and closeout procedures. /li liOversee sub-supplier activities, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and project deliverables. /li liCoordinate with construction/commissioning teams to integrate progress, cost, and scope updates into the overall execution plan (where applicable). /li liMaintain comprehensive project control documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure quality standards are met through continuous monitoring and control. /li liMotivate and guide project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables. /li li Engage with key stakeholders as needed, including international travel. /li liConduct face-to-face negotiations with clients to resolve issues and align expectations. /li liContribute to the development and refinement of global and regional processes. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul li5 years of international project management and related experience with industrial manufacturing and/or EPC experience /li liExperience with Heating/Process Systems would be an advantage. /li liBachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred /li liProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred /li liExperience seeing projects through the full life cycle /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
