PpWe are seeking for a bGroup HSE Manager /b for a multinational company operating in the defense, automotive, and aerospace sectors, known for its high quality and regulatory standards, we are seeking a Group HSE Manager reporting directly to top management. /p pThis role will have a strategic impact on the governance of HSE systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental processes within a complex industrial environment, including ESG perspectives, both in Italy and across the Group’s plants. /p pAs part of the assignment, the position includes covering the role of RSPP in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liFull management of the company’s HSE Management System /li liSupervision and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific risk analyses /li liCoordination of prevention and protection activities and support to the Employer (Datore di Lavoro) /li liMaintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems; implementation of ISO 50001:2018 certification /li liManagement and execution of internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory authority checks /li liAnalysis of near misses, accidents, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions /li liDefinition and monitoring of HSE KPIs and reporting to management /li liDesign and delivery of HSE training programs /li liInterface with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on HSE matters, including sensitive projects /li liDevelopment and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and manuals to meet legal standards /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liTechnical degree (Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields) /li liSolid experience in HSE roles within structured industrial environments /li liIn-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 231/01, environmental regulations, and HSE best practices /li liProven experience with certified Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) /li liAbility to work within complex processes and highly regulated environments /li liStrong autonomy, technical leadership, and ability to influence the organization /li liExcellent knowledge of the English language /li liPrevious experience as RSPP is considered a plus,not mandatory /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liA position within a solid, technologically advanced, and strategically important company /li liA key, high-responsibility role with real impact on company processes /li liA challenging technical environment focused on excellence /li liA competitive compensation package aligned with experience /li /ul pThe position is open to candidates of all genders and identities, in compliance with current equal opportunity legislation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
