About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to manage and grow long‐term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners across global markets.This role is not focused on cold acquisition or aggressive business development. Instead, the ARM acts as a strategic partner manager responsible for affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship stability, and risk awareness.The ideal candidate understands the crypto/FX affiliate ecosystem deeply, is highly relationship‐oriented, commercially sensitive, and capable of balancing growth with compliance and platform interests.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partnersDrive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contributionMonitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunitiesHandle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalationsCollaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and LegalDesign and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliatesAnalyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiencyIdentify and prevent potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi‐accounting, or non‐compliant traffic sourcesMaintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trendsSupport affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long‐term relationship developmentRequirementsIndustry ExperienceExperience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industriesFamiliar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanismsExperience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership managementStrong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systemsCore CompetenciesStrong relationship management and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive partner situations with maturity and professionalismGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trendsCommercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co‐marketing campaignsStrong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse, compliance concerns, and suspicious trading activitiesCross‐cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferredPersonality & MindsetPatient, stable, and long‐term relationship orientedStrong service mindset and partnership mentalityHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivityAble to detect early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business declineSelf‐driven, detail‐oriented, and capable of working in a fast‐paced environmentNice to HaveTrading or quantitative trading backgroundExperience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligenceExperience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystemsFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Arabic or Russian would be an advantage.
