This is a key role in providing field or workshop services to our customers, including preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, quality-related issues, and product recalls. You will install, service, repair, and commission actuators and associated equipment at Rotork customer sites or at Rotork facilities. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will be part of a national team of Field Service Engineers providing prompt and effective service to resolve customer issues. You will represent Rotork professionally, adhering to all rules and regulations. Your responsibilities include identifying faults, repairing, testing, and modifying actuators in the field, carrying out mechanical and electrical installations, retrofitting components, and preparing accurate site visit reports. You will also complete all necessary paperwork and expenses promptly, and adhere to health and safety requirements. This role suits a determined problem-solver with logical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays. Qualifications
Proven experience with site work, both mechanical and electrical Strong technical understanding of Rotork products is preferable Engineering degree or similar technical background Experience in industrial valve actuation is preferable Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Fluent English The Successful Candidate
