Overview
Join us as Site HR Leader based in Lucca for our Italian sites. In this hybrid role, you’ll shape culture, partner with leaders, and ensure compliance while driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
* Lead HR operations for three Italian sites, ensuring compliance and alignment with global HR processes.
* Collaborate with works councils and unions, managing negotiations and fostering positive labor relations.
* Drive annual HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent assessments.
* Coach and support local leaders on people management, engagement, and development strategies.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while promoting a healthy and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* At least 6 years of HR leadership experience in a global, matrix organization.
* Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and proven experience with works councils and unions of at least 5 years.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and HR systems (Workday preferred).
