Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. /p /lilipbAdvisory role /b: Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and others preferably in S4HANA projects. /p /lilipbStakeholder management /b: Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. /p /lilipbProject communication /b: Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. /p /lilipbProject reporting /b: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance. /p /lilipbContinuous improvement /b: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoE. /p /li /ulh3Your background /h3ullipbEducation /b: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. /p /lilipbArea experience /b: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment. /p /lilipbSoft skills /b: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
