We are seeking a highly motivated Management Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in building and developing our management control systems across industrial, commercial, and financial areas.Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the construction and development of management control systems (industrial, commercial, financial)Prepare and develop budgets, forecasts, and multi-year business plansConduct periodic analysis of financial performance and key KPIsProvide financial analysis to support strategic business decisionsEnsure alignment with group financial and economic reporting standardsPromote continuous improvement and standardization of reporting processesInteract with and provide structured information to management and other business functions
Ideal Profile
Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management EngineeringApproximately 5-6 years of experience either in a Big 4 firm or in the Finance team of a modern, well-organized company/group with a focus on ControllingStrong interest and expertise in the Controlling functionAnalytical thinking and structured approach to workExcellent knowledge and proficiency with IT tools (including MS Office suite)Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeepingKnowledge of audit processes and proceduresFluency in EnglishInitiative, reliability, and strong team-working abilities
