You will manage projects related to cost reductions, process improvement, and new process or product development in the plant, working closely with other project leaders and all the people involved in the activities (in Valtellina or in other Vantive sites). You’ll manage a team of 2 resources and report directly to the Plant Manager.What you’ll be doingIdentify opportunities and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement, cost reduction, OEE improvement.Facilitate and support new product or process development projects, directly and in collaboration with other departments (inside and outside the Plant).Coordinate OMS (Operating Management System) activities within the site.Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, in Valtellina Plant or outside the Plant (also abroad).Act as a leader in the management of projects and activities, coordinating people and resources.What you’ll bringDegree in Engineering or scientific/technical disciplines.Previous experience in project management, preferably in pharma/medical industry.Ability to analyze data and work with them.Good communication skills and ability to act as a leader.Ability to manage different stakeholders and negotiate activities and goals.Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
