HR Administration Internship
POSITION
Thélios is looking for a person to join the HR team, specifically in the administration role.
Job Responsibilities
creation and maintenance of employee master data;
support in managing employee attendance;
support in sending mandatory communications;
preparation of letters or contractual amendments based on pre-set drafts;
document archiving.
Profile
Diploma in accounting or a degree in economics;
Proficiency in written and spoken English;
Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Problem-solving skills, proactivity;
Discretion;
Ability to work in a team.
An initial 6-month internship contract is offered.
