Additionally, you should be proactive in analyzing the market to implement new ideas and opportunities.As an expert in your field, you will ensure customer satisfaction with all Sysmex products and solutions within your assigned geographic area, being a member of the regional technical service team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure uptime of the instrument installed base in your assigned areaBuild professional relationships with end-users and laboratory stakeholdersPerform troubleshooting both in person and remotelyExecute reactive and proactive service activities at customer sites and remotelyIn this role, you will:Provide added valueAct as an expert and second-level support in the field for your business lineSupport the development of colleagues through on-the-job trainingServe as the preferred point of contact for 3rd level support from the EMEA support teamPerform pre-installation visits and planning meetings with customersCarry out pre-installation at the Sysmex workshop and installations at customer sitesProvide basic technical and maintenance training to end-usersCarry out repair actions and maintenance visits according to Sysmex proceduresPlan proactive activities and regular visits to key customersReport on field activities and instrument statusKeep lab directors informed about service deliverables and instrument statusOrganize regular meetings with key end-users to highlight the value of the serviceEnsure all customer-related records are up-to-dateAccurately record service activities in the Sysmex CRMEnsure customer satisfaction throughout all post-sales phasesCollaborate with commercial teams on new tenders and business opportunities to design tailored solutions for customer needsJob Requirements:University degree or equivalent in engineeringAdvanced certification in electronics and/or equivalent industry experienceTechnical knowledge of electronic equipment (preferably IVD)Proficiency with PC tools and software applicationsLanguages: fluent in English and ItalianProfessional Experience:Over 10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in the medical device industrySelf-motivated with the ability to work under stressEffective communication skills with end-usersExperience with hematology, urinalysis, and hemostasis instruments is a plusWhat We Offer:Our company prioritizes the health and well-being of our employees.
