We are looking for a RTW Special Projects Designer to join our Design team. You will be the bridge between our heritage and the future, ensuring every special project maintains the brand’s distinctive DNA while pushing the boundaries of contemporary fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Special & Capsule Collections: Conceptualize and develop RTW special projects and limited editions, focusing on the evolution of brand icons and experimental \"one‑of‑a‑kind\" pieces and VIP MTO / MTM designs and development.
- Archive & Research: Dive deep into the brand’s heritage to propose modern reinterpretations of carry‑over styles through innovative treatments, washes, and artisanal finishes.
- Material & Technique Innovation: Scout and develop unconventional materials, sustainable fabrics, and experimental dyeing/distressing techniques in collaboration with specialized suppliers.
- Cross‑Functional Synergy: Act as a creative liaison between the RTW Design team, Product Development to ensure the feasibility and excellence of complex projects and liaison with Merchandising team.
- Aesthetic Coordination: Define color palettes and finishings for special drops, ensuring a cohesive look that spans across apparel and integrated hardware/details.
- Project Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end workflow of special projects, ensuring creative vision is executed within the unique timelines of non‑seasonal releases.
Requirements
- Approximately 2-5 years of experience in RTW Design, preferably with a track record in special projects, collaborations, or high‑end capsule collections.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric treatments, and a genuine passion for the \"perfectly imperfect\" aesthetic.
- Excellent hand‑sketching, illustration skills and mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Digital sketching is a plus. Strong knowledge with tech packs and garment specifications is essential.
- Ability to work across different product categories (denim, jersey, outerwear, tailoring, woven etc.) with a focus on details (buttons, hardware, customized trims).
- Highly adaptable, curious, and a natural problem‑solver. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where the \"standard\" path is often bypassed for innovation.
- Excellent command of the English language; ability to communicate complex creative visions to both internal teams and external artisans.
- Deep interest in fashion history, street culture, contemporary art, and global trends.
- Artificial Intelligence software skills or interest is a plus.
