Follow the appropriate escalation process. /liliProvide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times. /liliUnderstand customer's business and competitive environment. /liliManage company assets effectively in accordance with established Philips processes and guidelines including labour time, parts ordering and returns, tools and test equipment calibration, purchase orders, equipment, company vehicles, business expenditures, etc. /liliMust be qualified and perform work in at least one modality (bMRI /b) but may be asked to become qualified in and perform work in multiple modalities.Maintains knowledge of technical advances and current industry trends, seeking out formal and informal training opportunities. /liliIndependently resolve equipment and customer issues. /li /ulpbrbYou're the right fit if you have: /b /pulliBA Degree or High school graduate or vocational certification in electronics, biomedical equipment servicing/engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the electronics industry, preferably in a Health Tec environment. /liliExperience in technical service environment, ideally in the biomedical segment. /liliUnderstand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose and repair equipment including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment. /liliStrong organizational skills, self-disciplined and the ability to work independently. /liliAbility to effectively operate in a team driven environment to achieve assigned goals and objectives. /liliAbility to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment. /liliOral and written communication skills in English in addition to Italian as local language. /liliAvailability to travel constantly across the North-East district. /li /ulpbrbAbout Philips /bbrWe are a health technology company.
