PpbDescription /b /p h3The opportunity /h3 pIn this role, you will report to the Regional Finance Director for Europe and serve as a key operational and strategic partner to the regional MS leadership team. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting market, customer, and sales order data to enable the MS organization in the region to evaluate business alternatives and drive profitable demand growth aligned with global objectives. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 ul lipMonitor and analyze progress on sales KPIs, including order intake and pipeline development at regional, country, segment, and account levels, providing insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making. /p /li lipLead the regional sales forecasting process, ensuring data accuracy and reliable volume projections. /p /li lipSupport the annual budget cycle and periodic financial outlooks in close collaboration with CMD/LSMs and regional/global BU and MS teams. /p /li lipDrive and support MS productivity optimization, sales efficiency, and sustainable overdue reduction. /p /li lipFacilitate regular performance reviews with regional sales teams. /p /li lipDeliver accurate and timely regional sales reports, dashboards, and in‑depth analyses. /p /li lipImprove transparency through continuous enhancement of reporting tools and insights. /p /li lipProvide timely monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc sales reports to management. /p /li lipConduct deep‑dive analyses on market trends, customer performance, and portfolio mix. /p /li lipFurther develop dashboards and BI tools to improve transparency and insights. /p /li lipIdentify opportunities to streamline and standardize sales controlling processes. /p /li lipDrive digitalization of analytics, reporting, and forecasting tools. /p /li lipSupport capability building within the sales organization on financial topics. /p /li lipLead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes through integration and digitalization of tools supporting analysis and information intelligence. /p /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul lipA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration. /p /li lipGood understanding of what drives the business with strong business acumen. /p /li lipAmbitious attitude with a strong analytical mindset and a high sense of responsibility. /p /li lipExperience working in an international environment. /p /li lipStrong team player with strong collaboration skills. /p /li lipEnglish is a prerequisite as you will be operating in an international environment. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of MS Office with experience in analytical tools such as Power BI, etc. /p /li /ul h3Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
