Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the entire employee onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
- Be the point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks related to employment practices.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks to foster employee growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior management to assess and improve organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Provide training and development programs to build a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
Essential Qualifications :
- Deep understanding of employee onboarding processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and labor laws in Canada.
- Experience with performance management systems and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Experience :
- Minimum of 26 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a senior HR leadership role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary & Benefits :
Salary: Throughout the range of 300,000 to 500,000 Dinars (Дин. - Serbia) per hour, commensurate with experience.
