Your Core Activities
* Communication and dissemination of results and technological advancements to both internal and external stakeholders, to foster a shared understanding of the AI solutions adopted.
* Design and development of advanced deep learning models, with a focus on computer vision applications aimed at improving production processes.
* Cross‑functional collaboration with various departments, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence solutions into industrial processes and finished products.
* In‑depth analysis of complex and diverse datasets to identify opportunities for optimising quality and efficiency within the manufacturing context.
What We Are Looking For
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
* Fluency in English.
* 2+ years of experience in developing and optimizing deep learning models, with solid understanding of neural network architectures (CNNs, Transformers) and training, validation, and hyperparameter tuning techniques.
* Proven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments.
* Hands‑on experience in Computer Vision applications, including object detection, image segmentation, and anomaly detection on real‑world and industrial datasets.
* Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning (GitLab CI), model versioning, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
What Puts You In Pole Position
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, preferred) and scalable ML infrastructure.
* Knowledge of multimodal models integrating visual and non‑visual data.
* Experience with Generative AI models and fine‑tuning techniques.
* Experience with edge deployment or embedded systems.
* PhD in Computer Science or related field.
