Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that challenge assumptions when necessary, sharing findings and recommendations that influence data‑driven decision making across the organization. Own financial reporting for the books business area with exceptional accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies while identifying opportunities to improve financial data integrity. Monitor and analyze business performance, proactively communicating trends that need attention and developing action plans to address areas requiring optimization. Design and implement scalable, auditable data analysis processes that provide strategic guidance on profitability optimization, demonstrating frugality and accomplishing more with less.

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making experience 5+ years of leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or an MBA and experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience MBA, or CPA Knowledge of SQL/ETL Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is 95,400.00 – 163,200.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
