MISSION Contribute to the definition and ensure the effective implementation of Group Quality, Health, Safety and Environment policies, procedures and systems, allowing the Bonfiglioli Group to create and maintain QHSE management systems, aligning its standards to international best practices and promoting the development of a QHSE-oriented culture throughout the Group The Quality System Specialist, part of the HQ Quality Team, deals with the development of the Group's Quality System and the related KPI and reporting system to measure business processes. PROCESS ACTIVITIES Quality Management Systems - Contribute to the integration of quality, safety and environmental management systems in the processes of defining company strategies and objectives, to become an integrated part of the company functioning - Release and update Corporate quality guidelines and procedures - Support the plants to ensure the effective implementation of quality guidelines and procedures. - Support the Process owners to identify and evaluate risks in the workplace, on the different company sites, and propose control measures by implementing the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment processes - Collaborate with all plants, both domestic and foreign, to ensure the correct implementation of the processes defined at HQ level and to support the development of quality systems at the local level People Training - Issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel, as well as provide training as and when required. - Instill quality awareness to employees and lead by example and promote best practices at all times with regards to quality at work in all areas. - Attend regional meetings to exchange ideas and best practices with other plants and branches. Continuous Improvement, Auditing and Performance Monitoring - Follow the quality audit plan and provide quality audit, supporting identification and execution of required corrective actions. - Monitor quality standards compliance, effectiveness and requirements - Contribute to managing the customer’s requirements and audits related to quality - Define, track and analyze quality KPIs, monitor quality performance worldwide, guarantee the accuracy and correctness of the data - Support plants in developing continuous improvement initiatives intended to increase quality results.
