As our Junior Product Data Specialist, you will ensure the proper management, storage, and communication of product data, supporting the PMO department in operational activities related to the management software. What You Will Do Product Master Data Management Creation and maintenance of product, component, and sales material codes Liaison with technical departments for the creation of sample and tester codes Data entry and bill of materials upload into the system Verification of data accuracy Strategic management of coding rules and update/creation of procedures Supervision of codes entered by subsidiaries Continuous improvement of the data platform and implementation of management software Portfolio Maintenance Project Management Support for projects related to regulatory changes, acting as a bridge between regulatory, development, and supply chain teams Dataset maintenance Who You Are Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification in administrative-accounting fields Familiarity with ERP software Previous experience in accounting, administrative, or data analysis roles Precision and attention to detail Strong analytical and IT skills Proactivity and improvement-oriented mindset Ability to work in cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments English language proficiency: B1 level Excellent command of Office tools (especially Excel) Why You Will Love Working With Us At Davines Group, we may not be perfect, but we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
