Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa is a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel known for providing unique experiences, personalized service, and a blend of elegance and comfort. Our goal is to ensure every guest feels special, and leaves as a friend. We are looking for a dynamic, Junior-Resident Manager with strong attention to details to join our talented team.
You will be reporting to the Owner and working closely with all members of the team and responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation handling.
- Sales Leadership: Proactively identify opportunities to drive hotel revenue, including upselling room types, packages, and services together with the reception team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the staff in all departments to provide exceptional guest experiences, focusing on both service excellence and sales performance.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize room rates, occupancy, and overall revenue.
- Guest Experience: Act as a liaison for guest concerns and ensure swift resolution, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for outstanding service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all departments (e.g., housekeeping, restaurant/Bar, sales) in team work to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Boutique 5-star hospitality environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Hotel Management software of Direct Holiday PMS and SimpleBooking systems is an advantage
- A passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- A background in revenue management is an advantage.
- Extensive Knowledge of Social media.
- Fluent in ENGLISH and Italian ( minimum C2 written and verbal). A third language is an advantage;
