Responsibilities Data & Intelligence Business Line at NTT DATA seeks a Lead Data Architect AWS. Your role involves: Managing key clients Maintaining relationships with AWS Managing the AWS Center of Excellence Leading Data & Analytics AWS projects Supporting recruitment Supporting the value proposition Supporting skill and capability development, including: Designing Data Platforms on AWS data stores such as Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, S3 Designing operations architecture and conducting performance engineering for large-scale data lakes in production Applying the Well-Architected Framework to solution design and implementation Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures using AWS native services (e.g., GLUE, Lambda) or data management technologies (e.g., Talend, Informatica) Participating in client design workshops, providing trade-offs and recommendations Mentoring engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving Required Skills Proven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting firms Minimum of 5 years managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior level Experience working in AWS cloud-native environments Knowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premise Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and networking Experience with AWS services: Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration Service, S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS Experience in building proofs-of-concept for business needs using appropriate data sources and technologies Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud Monitoring distributed infrastructure using AWS tools or open-source solutions like CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack Experience with Agile methodologies and Kanban Strong skills in data manipulation and BI tools Excellent stakeholder management skills, including dealing with top management Proactive, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong leadership in collaborative environments Location options include: Cosenza, Bari, Bologna, Milano, Napoli, Roma, Salerno, Torino, Treviso, Pisa.
