Sales Person — Milan (On‑site)
Yali is looking for a Sales Person to join the team at our Milan head office. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role for someone with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for independent fashion, working closely with senior leadership across wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, trunk shows, and private clients.
What you will do:
Manage and develop wholesale relationships during market and showroom periods
Lead buyer communications, follow‑ups, and sales coordination
Organise and execute trunk shows and private client appointments
Drive direct sales and deliver a high‑level, personalised client experience
Collaborate closely with sales, production, and the internal team to support business growth
Who we are looking for:
Proven interest and experience in fashion/luxury sales
Strong commercial awareness xlwpduy and client management skills
Proactive, hands‑on, and highly organised
Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Based in Milan and available to work on‑site
Willing to travel during key sales periods
