We’re just getting started. We’re seeking a talented Strategic Acquisitions and Finance Lead to partner with our CEO, Risto Rossar, in accelerating growth through strategic acquisitions. You will play a key role in shaping Insly’s future strategy, preparing presentations for shareholders, employees, and investors, and leveraging your expertise to influence broader financial initiatives. What You’ll Do Your primary mission is to support our CEO in acquiring companies that fuel Insly’s expansion. Key responsibilities include: Identify Targets: Research and pinpoint companies aligned with Insly’s vision. Reach Out: Initiate and nurture connections with potential acquisition targets. Initial Analysis: Conduct early evaluations of targets for strategic and financial fit. Collaborate: Work closely with targets to advance discussions. Due Diligence: Lead financial and business due diligence to ensure sound decisions. Presentations: Prepare engaging presentations to communicate insights and strategies effectively. Additionally, your skills may be leveraged in areas such as financial management, investor relations, budgeting, supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives, and special projects where your strengths add value. What We’re Looking For Experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or financial analysis, ideally in tech or SaaS. Sharp analytical skills for assessing targets and financial opportunities. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proactive, adaptable approach—ready to switch between acquisitions and other financial tasks. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for creating data-driven deliverables.
