Main Responsibilities : Provide assistance and training to the administrative teams of the subsidiaries, ensuring the adoption of best business practices. Support the preparation of the subsidiaries' quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and Group accounting standards. Collaborate in the quarterly and annual reporting process, collecting and consolidating financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Monitor administrative activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations. Prepare key financial reports, including the Group's net financial position and working capital. Manage general accounting, credit monitoring, accounts payable, treasury, and expense reimbursements for the assigned subsidiaries. Communicate and collaborate with the central administrative team, subsidiary managers, external auditors, consultants, and local authorities. Support audit activities and tax filings for the subsidiaries in coordination with local consultants. Requirements : Education : Degree in economics (recent graduate or with some work experience). Languages : Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). French, German, or Spanish is a plus. Technical skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit. Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail. Adaptability to a dynamic, international environment.
