The team is responsible of complete characterization and compact models of all BCD technologies within ST; plus we support our design community, Physical Design Kits (PDKs) and technology development with our expertise. We provide state of the art Smart Power BCD device spice models and characterizations techniques.Internship will focus on automation of characterization and modeling processes, developing dedicated software tools to improve efficiency during all phases of our job, from model extraction to testing and reporting. Training on spice simulators, Linux and python will be offered on the job, while no wide know-how of semiconductor physics and devices is required.
